Replacement of existing Steam utility plant with (2) 500 HP High Pressure steam boilers with economizers, new Deaerator and Surge Tanks, Quench Tank and Water Treatment System. Provide new main fuel oil system including (1) 15,000-gallon double wall surface tank, new overflow and day tanks, Auto Fuel port and duplex pumping station. We are also tasked with completely upgrading and repairing the stem and condensate main systems throughout the building.
