Celebrating its groundbreaking in April 2018, Eleven Cooper is a $48 million residential development project that expects to bring in over 150 new rental homes to the Camden waterfront in an environmentally conscious, amenity-rich mid-rise building. Falasca Mechanical and Torcon are currently working on this project with an expected completion in Spring 2019.
