Daniel Falasca – President

Daniel FalascaPresident

Dan has more than 32 years of experience in the plumbing, heating and cooling business. He graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds licenses in New Jersey Master Plumbing, Delaware Master Plumbing, Philadelphia Plumbing and New Jersey HVAC. Dan is President of the SJMCA, a trustee of Local 322 Pension and is a member of the Health & Welfare & Annuity boards.

Aldo Falasca – Project Manager/Estimator

Aldo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. Previously, he served as President and Owner of Buena Plumbing Inc. He holds the following licenses: State of New Jersey Master Plumber, State of Delaware Master Plumber, State of New Jersey Pump Installer, State of New Jersey Building Inspector-RCS and State of New Jersey HVAC.

Danny Falasca – Junior Estimator

Danny is a third-generation family member at Falasca Mechanical and joined the company in April of 2018. He completed his apprenticeship with Local 322 and currently works in the Estimating Department, focusing on Pre-Construction. He studied at Georgetown University, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He previously served as a Financial Analyst in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse in New York.

Joe Burns – Chief Operations Officer

For more than 23 years, Joe has participated in the construction of world class facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Beginning his career as a Steamfitter Apprentice, he has held roles with increasing responsibility in Project Management, Estimating, and Business Development.  At Falasca Mechanical, Joe applies his diverse experience to work with all stakeholders to ensure project success.  As Chief Operating Officer, Joe oversees Project Management, Safety, Drafting, and Fabrication operations.  He studied Construction Management at Drexel University.

Tom Gallina – Controller

Tom started with Daniel S. Falasca Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Inc. in 1996 and was hired by Falasca Mechanical, Inc. in 2003. He has over 25 years in the mechanical contracting industry and has an extensive background in estimating and project management successfully bidding and running projects in both the public and private sector. In 2006, he transferred to the business side of Falasca Mechanical working directly under the company controller. In 2007, he took over the controller position for Falasca Mechanical and had maintained that position till the summer of 2021 when he returned to the estimating department where he picked up where he left off nearly 15 years ago bidding projects of all size and statue in both the public and private sector.  In December of 2021 it was announced he would take over the lead role in the estimating department as the Chief Estimator and begin heading up the preconstruction phases for the company.  Tom studied at Saint Joseph’s University and graduated in 2000 with a degree in Biology specializing in Environmental Biology.

Jeff Trivelli – Controller

Jeff started with Falasca Mechanical in 2021. He is a subject matter expert on construction accounting, with over 20 years of experience overseeing project financial reporting functions. Jeff possesses a vast knowledge of federal construction project accounting standards and practices. He also teaches Master’s level classes in both Construction Financial Management and Cost Control at Thomas Jefferson University as an adjunct professor at their School of Architecture.

Wally started with Daniel S. Falasca Heating, Plumbing and Cooling in 1988. During the past thirty years, Wally has served as both an Estimator and a Project Manager. While at Falasca Mechanical, Wally’s management experience involves working on both large-scale public and privately owned properties including healthcare facilities, apartment buildings and schools. He has a vast amount of experience managing traditional plans and specification projects as well as design build projects. Wally graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Engineering.

Dan Sikking – Project Manager

Dan started at Falasca Mechanical in 2003. He has over 37 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry, having started in the trade in 1984 at Buena Plumbing. In addition to project management, estimating and supervision of plumbing and mechanical projects, his experience also includes site projects, road utility construction, wastewater and water treatment plants and fuel and water storage take installations. He has completed numerous OSHA safety and hazardous waste training and supervisory courses. Dan has received certifications from various underground fuel tank and piping manufacturers for installation and from the NJDEPE for fuel tank installation and closure. Projects completed include those for the State of New Jersey, County & Local Municipalities, Schools, Department of Corrections, the United States Military and various commercial & industrial customers.

Joe Catinella –  Senior Project Manager 

Joe started with Falasca Mechanical in 2017. He has been in the HVAC industry since 1980 holding various positions ranging from service mechanic to President. Currently as a Project Manager, Joe is involved in Plan & Spec, Design Assist and Design Build projects of all sizes from pre-construction to owner turnover. Joe’s tenure in the business has afforded him invaluable project experience in various industries, including Industrial, Military, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Education, Office, Retail, Hospitality, Assisted Living, Multi-Family and Building Energy Retro-Fit projects over the past 40 years. He is also a published author of the book titled, “The Secrets to Successful Contracting”.
